Dave is one of the last remaining wingless dragons. His entire tribe was annihilated by the human horde about a year ago. Nowadays he spends most of his time hiding in caves and water pools and lives off the little fish he could find. Anything to stay away from the humans. Taken from Japanese folklore. This is my rendition for a Kappa, bowing down before someone, causing his head-water to pour down. (They say when the Kappa's head bowl is drained he loses his powers) Poor Kappa. Gonna get his ass kicked soon.
